Can I order a sample?
Tell us the cup SKU and the sample you need: a plain cup, logo sample, custom-color sample or packaged sample. Availability, sample charges, freight and timing are confirmed for the selected request.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the cup, finish, artwork, colors and packaging. Send your estimated quantity and specification so we can review the appropriate options.
How do I get a price?
Use the inquiry form with the SKU, quantity, destination and customization requirements. We review that specification before quoting the product, sample and shipment details.
Can I use my own logo or pattern?
Yes, you can send your own artwork for review. The suitable decoration method and print area depend on the selected cup, material and coating.
Will the final cup match the website image?
The catalogue includes supplied product references and digital customization concepts. Approve the actual cup, lid, finish, artwork and packaging through the agreed physical sample.
What is the lead time?
Timing is agreed for your cup and customization after sample and order details are reviewed. Include your target date in the brief.
Can you provide reports for my market?
Share the destination and documentation requirements. We review available reports against the exact model and components, and identify any additional testing needed.
What files can I attach?
The inquiry form accepts PDF, JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 5MB. For other artwork formats, start with a preview and describe what you have; we can arrange the file exchange with you.

Choose the decoration around the cup.
Review the body, surface finish and artwork together. A decoration route that works for one coated tumbler may need a different preparation, print area or sample on another cup.
| Direction | What to review | Useful information in your brief |
|---|---|---|
| Laser marking | Contrast, line detail and the selected metal or coated finish. | Artwork placement, desired reveal color and a physical finish sample. |
| Screen printing | Solid artwork, print position and color separation. | Logo file, color references and the intended print area. |
| Full-color decoration | Cup geometry, compatible coating, color alignment and seam placement. | Full artwork, wrap direction, reference colors and care requirements. |
Watch the compatible-coating sublimation reference and explore the FS-1110 40oz artwork collection before selecting a direction.
Understand the sample and document scope.
Flansill is the drinkware sourcing and customization brand of Yongkang Flansill Trading Co., Ltd. (永康市弗岚斯商贸有限公司). Flansill works with Yongkang Dingchun Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. as a manufacturing partner. The supplied ISO9001 document relates to that named factory and its stated quality-management scope; product-specific reports are reviewed for the chosen model, components and destination.
When comparing dimensions, check whether the stated height includes the lid or straw. Box dimensions, carton dimensions and cup dimensions describe different things. Confirm the lid, handle and accessories alongside the cup body so packaging and fit checks use the actual finished configuration.
Your next step is a simple brief.
